Nana and Pop Pop visited us this weekend. It's amazing how much Benjamin had changed since Mom and LB last saw him in early March. Not only is he getting bigger, but his mobility has drastically improved - he's crawling at lightning speed all over the house. And, he can take himself into a standing position from a sitting position, without holding onto anything! It's pretty amazing. This little guy will be walking before we know it!
We had a fun time with the grandparents - Owen loved being center of attention! At lunch on Saturday, he and Leighton took turns eating lemon slices....
And, Owen insisted on watching Alvin & the Chipmunks with his Pop Pop (his new favorite movie), and held his hand the entire movie.
Nana got lots of hugs and kisses.
And, I enjoyed the company! Thanks for coming, Mom and LB!
In other Saez family news..... Lou's car broke down, and he was adament about fixing it himself. He replaced the Starter and the Battery all by himself, and now it's as good as new.
This is how he spent 6+ hours last week.
Also.... notice that dent on the side of his SUV? Well, that's the dent caused by his body when the Explorer was in reverse instead of park and pinned him against the garage. It happened this time last year. He's clearly not as handy with body repairs as he is with engine repairs!
