Technically, the season of summer began this past week. For those of you down South, you know it's been here for well over a month. In Savannah, we've been flirting with 100 degree weather many days, but we're always in the mid to upper 90s. It's hot!
So, on the weekends, we try to hit the pool at least once. Owen loves it! You can see from the videos how much fun he has.
Saturday, we went up to Hilton Head to visit Holly, Andrew and Peter and celebrate Peter's 2nd birthday. Had a great time! We also got to see Aunt Christy and Uncle Bobby and introduce Owen to them. Holly is six months pregnant and looks as cute as ever.
I was in Atlanta for a few days this week. All work though. Didn't even get the opportunity to leave downtown.
Wish we had more to update. Just lots of the same for us. One more week until Michigan....

Okay, so here are a couple of videos from the pool last weekend. It was Father's Day, and we spent the afternoon in the pool, followed by steaks on the grill and key lime pie. Yum.
So, there's this cute girl at the pool who was all over Owen. Owen, of course, loved the attention and was smiling and giggling at her the entire day. But, she kept wanting to hold Owen out of his float. Yeah, right. 2-year old girl in "wings" of her own holding our baby in the pool. Nope. Not gonna happen.
During laundry time this week, Owen decided to help us out. It's amazing how much fun a laundry basket can be!
