#64 - Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day!!!!

Lou woke up this morning to breakfast, fresh Spanish coffee and a sweet baby boy.  What more could he ask for?  (a day fishing, maybe...)

I almost titled this post "Four Letter Words", but the holiday won out.  If any of you have recently babyproofed your home, then you know what I'm about to say.  Last weekend, we spent a few hours installing cabinet door locks in our kitchen, laundry room and master bath.  Well, even though we KNOW they're there, every. single. time. we forget, and pull the door open, nearly break a nail as it is stopped by the lock, and hence come the four letter words.  Many, many of those have been spoken in the last 7 days.

Well, apparently the video was a big hit (hi Sofiamaria!!!!).  So, this week, you get two!  

First up - a clip of Owen pushing the musical table around the house.  If it's remotely mobile, Owen will figure out a way to push it around.  The table gets pushed around, the truck (obviously), our kitchen bar stools, the kitchen chairs, the old infant car seat... you name it, he'll figure out a way to push it!  

  

Here are some pictures of us this morning on our way to church.  It's hard to get a good picture when you're relying upon the timer button.

Check out the outfit he wore yesterday.  This was a gift from Helene, and we didn't realize Owen had a "tail" until half way through the day!

Here are some pictures from our trip to the pool last weekend.  Owen loves the water!!!  The temperature here in Savannah has been reaching 100 degrees each day this week.  Lovely.  And today is only the first day of summer.  Three more months of this!

And now, the second video.  Cocoa is such a sweet dog.  We are truly lucky.  She lets Owen crawl all over her, pull her ears, pound on her back and bite her tail, and just lays there as sweet as can be.  Check out the video of a typical "play time" between the two of them.
