#248 - Insanity

I've spoken before about how Owen loves to do whatever his Daddy is doing.  This holds true for exercising too.  Lou's been doing the Insanity workouts for the past few months, and Owen loves to exercise right along side his Daddy.  This weekend, Lou was outside working out, and Owen was disappointed that he didn't get to go with him, so he asked to do his own workout inside.  I set up the DVD in the laptop, walked away, and came back to see him doing this.  He did almost 30 minutes of exercise on his own.  My little muscle-man....
